Carlos André Pedrosa Cortinhas joined the AP4ISR team of the Institute of Systems and Robotics and the TICE.Healthy project on April 2014 as a research engineer. He holds a M.Sc. degree on Informatics Engineering from Faculty of Sciences and Technology of University of Coimbra.
